Domestic Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders,shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Chez Bébé cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes. All Items must be shipped to a physical address.

We ship most items to APO/FPO/DPO destinations for our normal flat shipping rate of only $7 APO/FPO/DPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office/Diplomatic Post Office) addresses are used for U.S. military/government personnel stationed overseas.

These items will be delivered to the U.S. military post office within 5-10 business days from the ship date.

The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/FPO/DPO destination.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Chez Bébé is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Chez Bébé is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
